Built in 1854 by Mr Delattre, oriental style which is rubbed in its decoration and architecture Arabic and Persian elements. Imitated in the Alhambra of Granada in Andalusia.
This luxurious mansion aroused admiration, certainly but also jealousy and hatred. Already on sale in 1875, it was inhabited in 1881 by Mr. Peuvrel then finally, Mr. Courtin, vintner and brandies.

This hotel was located street Locques a connecting street between rue Alfred Ash (street Lingers) and Rue Saint Gilles (now this portion is called street of Marshal Foch) and assimilating today to rue Jeanne d ' Arc.

Je ne connaissais pas cet ètablissement qui est magnifique. Dommage qu'il n'en reste rien.
